What is Qi?

Qi (pronounced ‘ki’) is the name of the Japanese symbol for energy. Our aim is to create energy flow in organisations; unblocking both the personal and the organisational barriers that prevent organisations from being as successful as they could be.

How do we do this?

We do this by developing the people in the organisation through mentoring, e-learning and consultancy.
